Max Dalebroux
Hey everybody my name is Max Dalebroux and I am currently a Junior at UWM. My major is Marketing and I am pursuing a minor in both General Business and Journalism, Advertising and Media Studies. My job as coordinator was to set up the meeting times for our group and to facilitate those meetings. I used creativity to design the website and produce the layout in which we presented our information. My main goal for this was to make sure of all our team members had input on our how our information was displayed and the template we would use. The key component to successfully completing this project was communication. Our team established roles right away so we could focus on our individual objectives while simultaneously coordinating it to fit our group goals. The importance of scheduling times to work as a group can be overlooked, but it is crucial in building cohesiveness within the group. My verbal and written skills were extremely useful for coordinating our meet times and making sure we were all on the same page.
Nick Van Dinter
Hello my name is Nick Van Dinter and I was born and grew up in Appleton Wisconsin. I am currently majoring in accounting and possibly double majoring with finance as my second major. In my spare time he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. I enjoy listening to music and playing video games in the spare time. I like to spend my winters snowboarding around the various hills that are located in Wisconsin. During the summer I spend my time wakeboarding and kneeboarding. I also like spending my summer going to concerts and other live events.
In our group project I took the roles of the energizer and the orienter of the group. When our group would feel stuck I would energize the group by looking at what was causing the problem and breaking it down to make it easier. When the group would discuss what topics we would work on next I would decide what topics we should do first to use our time effectively. I was able to apply my energizer role when I was orienting by making sure the group was doing the most efficient task at the time.

Tyler Delsart
Hello, my name is Tyler Delsart. I’m a junior majoring in finance. In my team my major role was initiator-contributor. As an initiator-contributor I came up with new ideas for the team. During the creation of our theory for a highly efficient team I proposed the idea of creating the table with a core structure of six different aspects. After that it lead to three main characteristics that ultimately lead to an effective team in our option. I also decided to give the idea of breaking up the project into parts and who did what. When it came time for the citations I thought it would be a good idea for team members to choose five for themselves so our overview would be more diverse. In the middle of creating our theory we thought it would be a good idea to change the chart into a table by moving around the six main aspects. After debating it for a while I proposed the idea of moving the six aspects around but keeping the same structure. At the end we decided to go with my idea after showing it to a few of our friends they understood it more than our other option.
